1.2. All prices listed on the Site are in SA Rands and are subject to change without notice.

By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by Superflex, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize Superflex (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges.
1.4. Superflex reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1. Superflex will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided on the Site. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
2.2. Superflex will ship your order to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
2.3. Superflex is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier for delivery.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. Superflex accepts returns of products within [30] days of the delivery date, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
3.2. To initiate a return, please contact Superflex's customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number.
3.3. Superflex will process refunds within [7] business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.1. THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2. SUPERFLEX MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERFLEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL

6.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERFLEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SUPERFLEX FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Republic of South Africa, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site or the products sold through the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Africa.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Superflex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting the modified Terms on the Site.
8.2. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Superflex with respect to your use of the Site and the products sold through the Site.
9.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.3. Superflex's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
