Returns Policy

30 Day FREE Returns

You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date of delivery or collection. All items should be unused and returned in the original packaging with the price tag attached. We’ll refund the item/s in the same way you paid, less applicable delivery charges.

How To Return 

Return via courier: Please contact us and we will arrange a free collection within 3 to 5 working days. Ensure the return is packaged in a box to protect the items during transit. Once the items have been received and assessed at our DC your refund will be generated.

Return via Pargo: If you collected your order from a Pargo pick-up point, you could return those items to the same point and the return will follow our courier process. Please make sure your items are packaged in a box to protect them during transit and please make sure the parcel is scanned in at the pick-up point.

Refunds
You will get a full refund, less delivery fees, if you paid for the items yourself and adhere to all return guidelines (if applicable). If the items were a gift to you or if you do not have the invoice, we may, in our sole discretion, permit you to exchange them for items of equal value at a store carrying the same brand (you will not receive the balance if you exchange the items for items of lesser value), at the current price, less any applicable promotional discount.

Faulty products
Up to six months from the date of purchase, damaged or defective items may be returned or exchanged as long as they haven't been used for anything other than what they were meant for and have been handled in accordance with any care instructions that came with them.
